Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before joining a training program. These rules cover registration, training fee, refund eligibility, attendance, discipline, health, and support contact details.

Applies to all trainees

These conditions apply to Full Stack Development and other professional training programs offered by GHI.

Fee & Refund Policy

  1. The Registration Fee is non-refundable.
  2. Training fees at the time of joining are accepted in a maximum of two (02) installments only.
  3. After submission of the total training fee, if a trainee wishes to discontinue the training within one (01) week from the commencement date, a penalty of INR 2,000 will be applicable.
  4. In such cases, the refundable amount, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting Registration Fee, GST included in the Training Fee, and applicable penalty charges.
  5. If any payment is made through cheque before joining the training and the cheque is dishonored by the bank, an additional handling charge of INR 500 will be applicable apart from the training fee.
  6. Trainees enrolled in Full Stack Development or any other professional training programs offered by Global Horizon Infotech are required to submit the full fee or installments, as per company norms, at the time of joining.
  7. No fee refund shall be entertained after one (01) week from the commencement of the training program.

Safety, Health & Address

  1. Trainees are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings including, but not limited to, laptops, vehicles, helmets, mobile phones, and other valuables. Global Horizon Infotech shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  2. In case a trainee becomes medically unfit during the training period, Global Horizon Infotech shall not be held responsible. However, the company may provide reasonable assistance for medical support if required.
  3. If a trainee is suffering from any infectious disease, he/she shall not be permitted to attend classes until medically fit. Recovery classes may be provided subject to availability.
  4. Trainees who are not residents of Lucknow are required to provide their local residential address at the time of admission.

Attendance, Assignments & Conduct

  1. Any trainee found damaging or misusing company assets, equipment, or property shall be liable to pay a penalty amount equivalent to twice the original cost of the damaged asset.
  2. A minimum attendance of 85% is mandatory to receive the Certificate of Completion. To qualify for an Excellent Grade or Distinction, 100% attendance is strongly recommended.
  3. Trainees must submit and get their assignments reviewed by their respective trainers/consultants in order to improve their performance and certification grades.
  4. All trainees are expected to maintain proper discipline, professionalism, and decorum within the premises and during training sessions. Any act that damages the reputation or image of Global Horizon Infotech may result in disciplinary action, legal proceedings, and immediate termination of training without any fee refund.

  1. Global Horizon Infotech reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
